Research Interests

Paleocene-Eocene foraminiferal systematic, biostratigraphy, paleoenvironmental/palaeoecological interpretations, geochemical proxies (O & C stable isotopes and Mg/Ca ratios) and its implications to Palaeoceanographic and Palaeoclimatic reconstructions with special emphasis on the Paleocene-Eocene Thermal Maximum event (PETM) in the Indus Basin of Pakistan
