The Project Director of PC-1 mega Project “Strengthening of NCE in Geology, University of Peshawar” invites sealed bids for supply of Mineral/Gemstones Geological Museum & Gemology Laboratory. The firm should be original suppliers registered with Chamber of Commerce.

Terms & Conditions:
- 1. The Bid documents including Tender Form, BOQ & Instructions to bidder can be purchased on payment of Rs.2000/- from the undersigned office on any working day.
- 2. The earnest money @ of 2% of bid cost amount in shape of CDR/pay order/demand draft in favour of Director-NCEG, University of Peshawar from any scheduled bank along with the bid. If any bid found without earnest money, the bid shall be treated as “Non Responsive”.
- 3. Earnest money of 1st, 2nd and 3rd lowest bidders will be retained till the approval of tenders from competent authority-(HEC).
- 4. The firm should provide sales & income tax registered certificates, valid and authentic documents indicating last five (05) years sales tax and income tax returns, Audit Report of last three years and return clearance certificates till March 31, 2017.
- 5. All the rate are inclusive of all taxes, income tax and GST. The deduction of all taxes will be as per current notification of tax deduction from FBR
- 6.The Firm must provide successful completion of five (05) similar projects (completion & satisfactory report from five different clients).
- 7. The firm will have to produce up to date Chamber of Commerce Membership/License & GST Registration in original for the year 2017.
- 8. The firm will have to produce, proof of his own offices (verifiable).
- 9. The tender form shall reach to the undersign on or before closing date and time through courier
- 10. Any tender with correction/overwriting will be rejected
- 11. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any of the tender as per PPRA rules.
