Tender Notice

The Project Coordinator of HEC approved  PC-I  Project "Strengthening ofNCE in Geology , University of Peshawar" invites sealed tenders on item rate basis from approved contractors duly enlisted with PEC in the relevant category C-6 and above having got renewal for the year of 2016.

Detail of Work:

The tender documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned before opening date on submission of application on letter head along with documents of firm and renewal (original receipt) on payment of Rs. 2000/- only (non refundable).
No tender forml shall be issued on the date of opening of tender. Each tender must accompany call deposit at @ 2% of tender cost from any scheduled bank in the name of Director, NCE in Geology, University of Peshawar. The specification, details of work can be seen in the office of undersigned on any working day during normal office working hours (8:00am to 4:00pm). Other terms and condition will remain as per PPRA rules.
In case of abnormally below rates more than (i-e 10% below) then the estimated cost, the firm should have to provide rate analysis along with security deposit in shape of call deposit from schedule bank or Pakistan up to the difference between the estimated amount and rate quoted by the firm.
The tender shouId reach to the office of the undersigned on or before 15/03/2016 up to 11:00am and shall be opened on the same day at 11:30am in the presence of the contractor or their authorized agents.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders as per PPRA rules.
