Tender Notice

The Project Director of HEC approved PC-1 project “Strengthening of NCE in Geology, University of Peshawar” invites sealed tenders on item rate basis from reputed registered  furniture firms (GST Registered (manufacturer suppliers)) with govt and semis govt department for the project of Museum & Convocation hall furniture articles including the following items.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The complete set of tender’s documents with detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) can be purchased on payment of Rs.2000/- per set from the office of the undersigned.
2. The tender form shall be issued to only those firms who must have previous experience in similar projects in last ten years (work order & completion certificate –verifiable) on any working day ( Monday to Saturday) during office hours. No tender will be issued on the date of opening of tender which is May 19, 2015.
3. The earnest money @ 2% of bid value of amount in shape of CDR in favour of Project Director from any scheduled bank must accompany with the bid. Non submission of earnest money with the bid shall straight way reject the bid.
4. Any tender with correction/overwriting will be rejected.
5. In case of abnormally low rates than the engineer estimated cost the firm shall provide complete rate analysis along with security deposit in shape of CDR of the difference between the estimated cost and rate quoted by the firm.
6. The tender should reach to the office of the undersigned through courier service on or before   May 19, 2015 up to 11:00 am. The tender will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of the contractor or their authorized representative.
7. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any of the tender as per PPRA rules.
