1.         Tenders in sealed covers are hereby invited from the already pre-qualified contractor firms with National Centre of Excellence in Geology, University of Peshawar under PC-1 Project having valid registration  with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant Category for the year 2015 with the for execution of the under mentioned works. The sealed tender copy should reach in the office of undersigned latest by June 22, 2015  at under-mention time and the tender shall be opened on the same date in presence of the contractors or their authorized representative who wish to remain present: -

2.         Tender copy can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs.2000/- (not refundable) on any working day upto one day before the date of opening of tender, as per following terms and conditions: -

  1. Tender from shall be issued to the already pre-qualified contractor firm with the NCEG (no application from subletted firm or power of attorney to the other person will be considered for participation in the bidding procedure). Further No tender form will be issued to those firms which are not pre-qualified with the NCEG under the PC-1 Project.
  2. Contractors /Firms should provide 2% E/Money of total bid cost in shape of deposit at call in the favour of Project Director “Strengthening of NCE in Geology, University of Peshawar” from any schedule bank of Pakistan.
  3. No tender form will be issued to those firms which are not pre-qualified with the NCEG under the PC-1 Project.
  4. No tender will be sold on the date of opening of tender and to those contractor firm who have been involved in litigation or either blacklisted by any government department.
  5. Conditional tender will not be accepted other terms and condition may be received from the office of the undersigned.

Note:   The Procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal under the provision of Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
