PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONSULTANT

National Centre of Excellence in Geology, University of Peshawar intends to hire the services of consulting firms for detail designing and top supervision of the following projects to be initiated in financial year 2014-15.

Interested firms are required to furnish their applications along with the following information.

1. 1. Company profile.

2. 2. List of full time technical and supervisory staff along with their brief Cvs.

3. 3. Registration certificate as a Consultant with Pakistan Engineering Council / PCATP.

4. 4. Income tax registration and clearance certificate.

5. 5. Detail of project completed similar in nature with Government department (the covered area & cost of the buildings projects are mandatory to be mentioned) along with a satisfactory completion certificate from the concerned executive officer.

6. 6. Detail of in hand projects of similar nature along with the cost and covered area, work order of the in hand projects is mandatory.

7. 7. Detail of machinery and equipment.

8. 8. Financial stability certificate issued from recognized banks.

9. 9. GST & NTN Registration certificate.

10. 10. Affidavit regarding non-involvement in any arbitration/litigation with any government department.

11. 11. The Consulting firms supply wrong information are liable to be legal action and disqualification.

Consulting firms may collect the pre-qualification documents & other information for the above project can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day and to be submitted latest by October 30, 2014 up to 4:00 pm through courier. Application received after deadline will not be considered. After evaluation only shortlisted firms will be consider and notified.
