NOTICE FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS
Project Director PC-1 Project/ “Strengthening of National Centre of Excellence in Geology, University of Peshawar” invites reputable contractors, registered in category C-5 or above with Pakistan Engineering Council, to submit their credentials for pre-qualification of works in the NCEG .The scope of works includes:
- Construction of Multi-storey buildings (Total covered area approx. 80,000 Sft area).
- External works ( Boundary wall, Tube Well, OHWT & water supply pipes, Roads & Streets, Drainage & Sewerage System etc.)
Interested contractors/construction firms may apply by providing the following information within 15 days of the date of this advertisement i.e., ( up to Nov 14, 2013):
- Full name, address (with Telephone /Fax No & E-mail Address etc.) of firm.
- Organization structure (company or partnership) with a certificate and particulars of the partners and Directors along with copies of their National Identity Card Certified copies of the articles/memorandum association of partnership.
- List of the equipment owned by the firm (verifiable).
- List and cost of projects in hand indicating name of the client, consultant and the scope of work.(Verifiable).
- Details of similar works last completed along with completion certificates (verifiable).
- Up to date registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-5 & above .
- List and Bio data of key personal for different engineering works (verifiable).
- Financial statements and bank references (verifiable).
- National Tax Number and Income Tax clearance certificate for the last year.
- Affidavit that the applicant's firm is not black listed or disqualified by any Govt/Semi Govt Department.
- Affidavit to the effect that the firm is not involved in any litigation with any department in the past and present.
- Affidavit on stamp paper properly attested submitted by the contractor/firm that the statement referred above is correct and nothing has been concealed intentionally.
Note: NCEG reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject any or all the applications per PPRA rule # 33. Tender documents shall be issued to the pre-qualified contractors only. Application received after due date will not be entertained.
