Tender Notice

The Project Director of HEC approved PC-1 project “Strengthening of NCE in Geology, University of Peshawar” invites sealed tenders on item rate basis from approved contractor duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and having got renewal for the year 2013.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The complete set of tenders with detailed bill of quantities can be purchased on payment of Rs.2000/- from the office of the undersigned up to August 18, 2013 on request through application on any working day during office hours. No tender will be issued on the date of opening.
2. The contractor will have to produce up to date Pakistan Engineering Council Registration certificate in original for the year 2013.
3. The earnest money @ of 2% of bid value of amount in shape of CDR in favour of Project Director from any scheduled bank must accompany with the bid.
4. The work will be carried out under strict observance of laid down specification.
5. Any tender with correction/overwriting will be rejected.
6. In case of abnormally below rates than the engineer estimated cost the firm shall provide complete rate analysis along with security deposit in shape of CDR of the difference between the estimated cost and rate quoted by the firm.
7. The tender should reach to the office of the undersigned on or before through courier service at August 19, 2013 up to 11:00 am and the tender will be open on the same day up to 11:30 am in the presence of the contractor or their authorized representative.
8. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any of the tender as per PPRA rules.
