Terms & Condition:
- No bid will be consider without earnest money.
- Tender Documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs. 1000/- (non -refundable) per project from May 21, 2012 during office hours.
- Tender duly filled and complete in all respect shall be submitted on or before June 11, 2012 (Up to 11:00 AM) through courier service to the office of the undersigned.
- Tender will be opened on June 12, 2012 at 11:30 am in the Main Committee Room of NCEG in the presence of the contractors or their authorized representative who care to be present.
- The two projects by each firms /contractor be submitted in one envelop but the committee will evaluate the two projects separately.
- Other details, terms & condition can be obtained from the Project Director office on all working days during office hours (7:30 am to 3:00 pm).
- Competent authority reserves the right to reject any one or all the bids as per relevant provisions of PPRA rules.
