NOTICE FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF FURNITURE AND FIXTURE MANUFACTURER FIRMS
Project Director HEC PC-1 Project “Strengthening of National Centre of Excellence in Geology, University of Peshawar” invites reputable Furniture and Fixture Firms, registered with concerned government/semi-government authorities for said work, to submit their credentials for pre-qualifications.
The scope of work includes “Manufacturing and supply of furniture and fixtures for the Academic and Administrative Blocks, New Campus, National Centre of Excellence in Geology, University of Peshawar”.
Interested firms may apply within fifteen (15) days of the date of advertisement. The applications must include the information/documents as per instructions obtainable from the office of the undersigned or by downloading from the Centre’s website http://nceg.upesh.edu.pk
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Full name, address (with Telephone /Fax No & E-mail Address etc.) of firm.
- Organization structure (company or partnership) with a certificate and particulars of the partners and Directors along with copies of their National Identity Card Certified copies of the articles/memorandum association of partnership.
- Proper Address and location of factory where furniture shall be prepared. (Verifiable).
- List of the equipment owned by the firm (verifiable).
- List and cost of the similar projects in hand (up to 15 Million & above) indicating name of the client, consultant and the scope of work.
- Details of similar works last completed during last five years along with completion certificates (verifiable).
- Up to date registration with Govt Departments & Semi Govt Department.
- List and Bio data of key personal for different engineering works (verifiable).
- Financial statements and bank references (verifiable).
- National Tax Number and Income Tax clearance certificate for the last year.
- Affidavit that the applicant’s firm is not black listed or disqualified by any Govt/Semi Govt Department.
- Affidavit to the effect that the firm is not involved in any litigation with any department in the past and present.
- Affidavit on stamp paper properly attested submitted by the contractor/firm that the statement referred above is correct and nothing has been concealed intentionally.
Note: NCEG reserves the right to reject any or all the applications in accordance with PPRA Rules.
