Advertisement of Project Position - Research Associate

Applications are invited for the positions of MS/MPhil/ PhD students, for the following PSF funded research project titled “Integrated Mineralogical / Geochemical and Geophysical Techniques for Economic Evaluation of Placer Deposits from Tarbela /Kund along River Indus”

1	Research Associate	1	1. Applicants should have completed BS/ MS in Geology (Mineral Processing) / Geophysics / Mining 2. Candidates with previous experience in mineral processing or geophysical techniques will be preferred. 3. Already enrolled MS / PhD students in the NCEG will be given preference.	The student will assist the principal investigator in carrying out all the tasks of the above-mentioned research project. The student will be involved in research activities, sampling, field / lab experiments, project meetings, managing project reports and other tasks as assigned by the PI.

Term and conditions.

Application along with CV(s), attested copies of degrees/transcripts, experience certificate(s), Thesis title of BS / MS, CNIC, photograph (02), and original documents to office of the undersigned.
Already enrolled students in MS program of the NCEG should submit certificate of admission etc.
Last date for submission of application is 10.07.2024. While interview will be held on 11.07.2024
The NCEG reserves the right to cancel the positions without any reasons.
Payments will be made to selected candidate as per PSF Approved project’s policy.
All other terms and conditions of PSF / NCEG will be followed.
