15-years teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization OR |

Publications (For BPS) |
15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in last 5 years) in the HEC recognized Journals |

2. |
Associate Professor (BPS-20) / TTS (No of posts = 4) |

i) Geology (field of expertise: Structure / Tectonics / Mineralogy / Petrology / Carbonate Sedimentology) (2 posts) |

Qualifications: |
PhD in above discipline (mentioned field) from HEC recognized University / institution |

Experience (For BPS) |
10-years teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization |

Publications (For BPS) |
The applicant must have 10 research publications (with at least 4 publications in the last 5 years in the HEC recognized Journals |

Assistant Professor (BPS-19) / TTS (No of posts – 3) |

PhD in above discipline (mentioned field) from HEC recognized University / institution. |

Terms & Conditions:
- Application Form can be obtained from the office of the NCEG or can be downloaded from Centre’s website (http://nceg.uop.edu.pk/downloads.html) and should be submitted along with NOC, Bank draft of Rs. 2500/- and attested copies of certificates, degrees, domicile, CNIC, experience certificates, photograph and other relevant documents.
- In case of Professor and Associate Professors, additional Bank draft of *Rs. 4000/- along with four copies of list of research publications (full length papers) and four sets of reprints of publications (first page only) and biodata.
- External / Fresh applicants will be considered only against the TTS posts as per HEC policy.
- The Director / Competent Authority reserves the right to prioritize the discipline / field of expertise and increase or decrease, withheld or cancel any of the advertised post at any stage.
- Application (s) should reach to the office of the Director by June 5th, 2023 (Office Hours).
- Incomplete application and those received after the due date, shall not be entertained.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview and No TA/DA will be applicable.
