Mr. Muhammad Kamal completed his MS Research

Mr. Muhammad Kamal (MS Scholar, NCE in Geology University of Peshawar successfully defended his MS thesis Titled: ROCK PHYSICS ANALYSIS FOR HYDROCARBON EXPLORATION USING MATLAB: A CASE STUDY OF GURU FORMATION IN BOBI WELL, LOWER INDUS BASIN, PAKISTAN.

His main supervisor was Dr. Sarfraz Khan, Assistant Professor at NCEG, University of Peshawar. The external examiner was Prof. Dr. Khawar Ashfaq Ahmad Department of Meteorology COMSATS University Islamabad.

Mr. Muhammad Kamal provided valuable insights by targeting "The modelling procedure applied in this study is a first step towards the data enhancing using numerical and modelled techniques. Through this procedure, specific Rock Physics models can be modified numerically that best fit with the data.

The NCEG community congratulates him and wishes him best of luck.
