Mr. Niamat Ullah completed his M.Phil Research

Mr. Niamat Ullah M.Phil. scholar (Geospatial Sciences) has successfully defended his thesis titled, Identification of groundwater potential zones using GIS and Geophysical techniques in Quetta District Pakistan. He was supervised by Dr. Muhammad Ali, Assistant Professor NCE in Geology, University of Peshawar. His co-supervisor was Dr. Said Qasim, University of Balochistan, Pakistan. His External Examiner was Dr. Muhammad Waseem, Assistant Professor, University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar.

The outcome of the study will help in better planning and management of groundwater resources in the study area and beyond.
