Mark Williams delivered a talk at the NCE in Geology, University of Peshawar, Pakistan
The NCE in Geology hosted a Geoscientist Mark Grodner from Keele University UK. Mark holds a BSc Honours from Rhodes University and an MSc from the University of Johannesburg, both in South Africa.
Mark has more than 25 years’ experience in the global mining industry guiding the geological analysis of exploration targets and operations across Africa, Central Asia, The Middle East and Australasia. Mark provides technical expertise for business decision-makers on the quality of projects by enthusiastically leading geological teams, as well as undertaking the actual hands-on geological work.
He is currently undertaking his PhD at Keele University (UK) on the structural geological controls on hydrocarbon flow in fractured limestones and has been conducting fieldwork under the supervision of Dr. Irfan Ullah Jan (Associate Professor)
He delivered a talk on “Geometry and distribution of Thrust – Fold related fractures in Limestone” at NCE in Geology, University of Peshawar .
