For BPS-19: Ph.D. in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/Institution OR Master’s Degree (Foreign) or M.Phil./MS (Pakistan) or equivalent degree (with no 3rd division in the academic career) awarded after 18 years of education as determined by the HEC in the relevant field from an HEC recognized university/institution, with 4 years teaching/research experience in a recognized university or post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization.

Research Associate (Geophysics)
(BPS-18)

First class M.Sc. or B.S (4 years) (1st Class) in the field of Geophysics, with no 3rd division in the academic career, from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
Preference will be given to a candidate having higher qualification and experience in the field of Geophysics. .

Manager Finance/P&D
(BPS-17)

First Class Master’s Degree (Banking & Finance) with 5 years relevant experience in Accounting, Auditing and Project Planning, PC 1-5 writing, Management, Evaluation, Documentation in HEC recognized higher learning institutions.
Preference will be given to a candidates having the working experience in the following project related activities:
Project preparation and Management, HRD, Foreign Scholarship, Civil work, Lab. Equipment, Furniture & Fixture and fully versant in MS Office and other accounting software/automation.

System/ Web/ Network Administrator
(BPS-17)

Qualification: First Class M.Sc. or B.S (4 year) degree in the field of Computer Science/IT, with no 3rd division in the academic career, from an HEC Recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: 03 years of post-qualification professional experience in networking and administration in government/semi-government/private national and international organizations
Note: Experience of usual graduate level school/colleges and/or private locality based NGOs will not be considered.
Skills: Network Performance Tuning, WAN/LAN Technologies Knowledge, Network Design and Implementation, Problem Solving, Strategic Planning, Multi-tasking, Quality Focus, Coordination, Technical Understanding, Quick Study, Subnet Design and Implementation, VPN/VLAN configurations/troubleshooting, NAS/SAN technologies, MPLS

Personal Secretary to Director (BPS-11)

B.A/B.Sc. with good knowledge of computer, shorthand with a typing speed of more than 30 words/minutes (English proficiency is must).
He/She will be responsible to look after all the work related to the office of the Director and relevant office, as assigned.
