MOU between NCEG and Sarhad Chambers of Commerce

The National Centre of Excellence in Geology (NCEG), University of Peshawar’s team lead by the Director, Dr. Liaqat Ali visited the Sarhad Chambers of Commerce, Peshawar on August 27, 2021. The purpose of the visit was to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to be reffered as “the parties”, for the purpose of research and development, Investment Corporation and joint collaboration for economic development of the country.
Both the party will work in the development of cooperation with the government organisations, mineral exploration companies and related enterprises.
This project will have multi-pronged benefits to the NCEG as well as to society. Working with industries will help in the capacity building of the NCEG. The compilation of scientific data generated through joint collaborations with industries will lead to the production of high-quality MS/PhD scholars and research publications.
